What the build gets.

The pain is a partner file that moved and no notice. The old client ships. The miss is a payment that did not post, a card file that no longer matches, or a claim that came back.

Contract Gate keeps the last approved spec. A later HAR you are allowed to record is diffed with mimicplus. A removed or renamed field fails the check, names the field, and writes an audit row: contract, old field, new field, who approved the exception. Waiving one field does not hide the others.
