Ration
Live: one quota pool, many agents, no overruns. A token bucket with refill, per-agent caps, and burst limits. 1 credit per draw, 100 free starter credits, $10 for 1,000 credits.
Ration is live. One quota pool, many agents, no overruns. A pool has a capacity, a refill rate, a per-agent cap, and a burst limit. Agents draw units from it; the pool enforces the limits and issues a hash-chained receipt for every draw — allowed and denied alike.
Sign up with POST https://forgingstack-ration.jkbattles.workers.dev/v1/signup and an email address. The API key is shown once, and it does not work until the verification link in the email is clicked. 100 starter credits on signup; creating a pool costs 1 credit and each draw costs 1 credit, even when denied. Replaying a draw with the same idempotency key is free.
Limits, stated plainly: rationing only. A pool proves the draw was within the rules; it does not judge what the units were spent on.
Before you pay, two honest frictions: the verification email can land in Junk — it did for an Outlook mailbox in our own testing, so check there first. And credits land within the hour after payment, not instantly: the payment is stored first and credited once the hourly check verifies it against Stripe.
Billing is live: 1,000 credits for $10. Sign up, click the email verification link, then buy a credit pack with POST /v1/billing/checkout using your primary key — it returns a Stripe payment link. Use the same email at checkout that you signed up with.
Install the MCP client from PyPI: forgingstack-ration, version 0.1.0. Tools: create_pool, draw, get_pool, list_pools, topup_pool, delete_pool, get_credits, get_receipt. The service code itself is private; the public client and docs are at github.com/jdkabattles/forgingstack-ration.
The same rule holds on every page here: the work leaves a receipt you can verify, the price is $10 for 1,000 credits with 100 free to start, and the limits are stated on the page. What cannot be checked is not claimed.

} Pool 19 (“worked-example”) was created for this page: capacity 100, refill 10/min, per-agent cap 50, burst 20. The draw above ran live on 2026-11-08 and returned receipt 298 — its prev_hash is receipt 297’s hash, so the chain links.
One pool, one receipt for every draw, $10 for 1,000 credits with 100 free to start.
